Matthew Hagee discussed his latest book “ResponsAble: Making A Difference” with Allen Cardoza and Dr. Melody Foxx on L.A. Talk Radio As a young pastor, Hagee recognizes that we can make necessary changes in our personal lives, in our church, in our communities, and in our world. His book discusses the dynamics of change and the challenging task of bringing transformation to our world. Like a computer that freezes, he pointed out, we can get overwhelmed with information overload. By rebooting, we can reset our intentions and plans. What do you do when change is needed? He encourages readers to make changes when the need arises. Although you may not have created the circumstances of the moment, it is still up to you how you respond to change. People are confronted with change and transformation in five areas of life, specifically, in their personal life, society, finances, education and politics. The book describes 7 steps to lasting change and transformation. Each area of a person’s life affects all other areas of their life. Creating change is analogous to throwing a rock into a still pond. By throwing the rock, a person transforms the pond. During the interview, Hagee discussed how we need to be responsible if we are going to change our world, our nation, our politics, our economy, our society, our education, our current situation, and our quality of life. After completing his education, Hagee has served as the associate pastor of the Cornerstone Church in San Antonio. He helps his father minister to the 18,000-member congregation in San Antonio, as well as a worldwide television audience. As a sixth-generation pastor he is passionate about helping believers appreciate Christ as their savior. His preaching career began at the tender age of 18 years old.
