Gluten allergy can now be assessed with blood testing alone, without the need for invasive procedures, and should be routinely considered in these conditions.

Gini received her Master’s Degree from New York University in Health Education and Nutritional Science. She specializes in gluten intolerance, celiac disease, diabetes, and weight loss.
