ABOUT YOUR TEEN MAGAZINE
One of our biggest struggles as parents is to distinguish between normal behavior and problematic behavior. When concerning behavior becomes an obvious problem, many parents solicit intervention from experts. And when worry turns to crisis, most parents seek professional help. But how can parents determine whether the daily struggles of adolescence are normal?
At Your Teen, we believe that critical information can be learned from the experiences of other parents. However, we know that many parents are reluctant to share their fears and perceived failures. Your Teen creates a vehicle for these discussions and helps parents of teens define some standard of normal.
However, we don’t stop there. We include stories from our subjects – the teens. In addition, we share many professional opinions. With three different perspectives, we hope to create a full picture.
