Mr. Cardoza is a licensed private investigator (PI 7824) and an instructor of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Certified by the National Crisis Prevention Institute, Inc. He also led the campaign to establish back ground checks via TRUST-LINE to ensure that transport agents had a clean background before transporting your child.
West Shield’s expert team understands and bring amazing insight into the lives adolescents who are already on the streets. Their techniques and investigations for locating runaways are probably as close as one gets to the old “gum shoe” style of pounding the pavement, showing pictures or following those you think will be in contact with the subject, as well as the use of “trap lines” and computer “cookies” that modern technology that help locate where the subject is or where they might be headed.
