TITLE: “ON THE VERGE: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine”
SPECIAL GUEST: Cara Bradley

In the final race of her college track career, author and mental strength coach Cara Bradley beat her personal best by a remarkable six seconds. Until then she had been an average runner hampered by pre-race jitters and self-doubt. But on that day, after a pre-race warm-up where she repeated the phrase “personal best, personal best” out loud, she was in the flow and buoyed by a sense of calm confidence.
“After my extraordinary experience on the track, I knew my life would never be the same,” says Cara. During that race, I encountered who I was capable of becoming and I refused to settle for less by falling back asleep. I became hungry for answers, sparking a lifelong curiosity about my own and human potential in general.”
In ON THE VERGE: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine, Cara distills everything she’s learned in the years since about human potential and what it means to thrive. Then, she gives readers the tools they need to intentionally experience their natural state of clarity and vitality in their everyday lives, the same flow that allowed her to achieve her personal best.
Cara wrote ON THE VERGE for those want to more energy, enthusiasm, openness, and confidence. Her book calls readers to experience aliveness daily by shifting beyond our busy minds and into the present moment. It is an invitation for readers to live their lives in a way that allows them to meet their full potential, so they shine in every moment.
