His revolutionary spirit which was taught through example, demonstrated that change can happen when we choose to live in the values of courage, truth, justice, compassion, unconditional love, forgiveness and nonviolence.
Our guest today, singer songwriter Mike “Majik” Boyd, is another visionary who like Dr. King knew that it wasn’t enough just to talk the talk, that he had to walk the walk for his words to be credible.
Mike’s “message music” has been changing the lives of adults and children that it reaches with its positive uplifting messages. Mike Boyd is a motivating, inspirational “reacher” who wrote his signature song “I Stand For You” to bring his message of universal humanity to everyone. People call it the universal anthem.
His #1 hit single, “American Soldier Thank You (for all the things you do)” is playing in radio stations across the country and numerous internet stations worldwide. He followed that with “We Love Our Soldiers – Red, White and Blue” to honor our servicemen and women and Veterans.

ABOUT MIKE MAJIK BOYD
Mike Boyd is a renowned singer and songwriter who writes numerous styles of music. His “message music” has been changing the lives of adults and children that it reaches with its positive uplifting messages. Mike Boyd is a motivating, inspirational reacher who wrote his signature song “I Stand For You” to bring his message of universal humanity to everyone. People call it the universal anthem. Mike has received numerous awards including his own day awarded by the Mayor of his hometown. He has received the Golden Star Halo Award for writing and composing and honors in the Billboard Songwriting Contest and was considered for a Grammy nomination. He appeared as Roland on the hit daytime drama “Days of Our Lives” for three years.
He was the #1 high school pitcher in the South for two years and #3 in the nation. He is solely responsible for the return of women’s professional baseball and he created the philosophy of “Base-All” and a new technique to teach the game of baseball properly called “Step, Hip, Hands!”. He has trained thousands of students of all ages and has many students make it to professional baseball and to the Major Leagues. He uses “Base-All” to spread the message of universality on the baseball field which flows into everyday life. He has most recently created an exciting new 6-player, 1-hour baseball game called “StandStill Baseball” and is in the process of professionalizing it.
