TITLE: How to discipline your Kids without yelling spanking, nagging, or time outs!
SPECIAL GUEST: Rick & Wendy Jensen Authors of the “G.O.L.D Standard”
The proud parents of 6 children, a few years ago Rick and Wendy Jensen realized that something needed to be done to increase the love and harmony in their home. This is when they began formulating a parenting program called “The G.O.L.D. Standard”, which is based on the principles of Gratitude, Obedience, Love / Respect, Discipline and Service. By implementing their amazing “positive, award-based” system, their family went through a wonderful transformation with an outcome that all parents desire … children who are accountable for their own actions, and more cooperative and willing to work! During this week’s show, they will share the secret of their success with our Allen and his audience.
Rick has his Masters in Education and has worked with the youth in an educational setting for over nine years. Wendy is a freelance writer, an interpreter for the deaf and authored of, “Sign Language for Babies and Beyond: How to promote early communication and language development in your child.

A few years ago Rick and Wendy realized that something needed to be done to increase the love and harmony in their home! They were tired of listening to constant complaining, whining, arguing, and yelling amongst their children! They were sick of having to ask their children five times to do something and were tired of nagging, cajoling, bribing, yelling, and giving time-outs!
This is when they started formulating a parenting program called “The G.O.L.D. Standard.” When they started this program, it was as if a transformation had taken place in their home! Their children started becoming accountable for their own actions and became more cooperative and willing to work. The amount of whining and arguing decreased dramatically!
Rich and Wendy have been revising and improving the program ever since that time. They started to have many friends and family members ask us how they could start this program in their own homes. The response was so positive that they decided to put together a book and website so that they could share the G.O.L.D. Standard with others! They hope this program is as beneficial to you as it has been to them!
