ABOUT DENISE KLEIN
Denise Klein, Executive Director of Milestones Ranch Malibu, one of the nation’s premier dual diagnosis treatment centers, graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1992. Prior to graduation, Denise was awarded Social Worker of the Year 1990 by Minot State University for her “commitment, enthusiasm and contributions to the field of social work.” Later, as CEO and founder of Innerchoice Family Counseling Center in Loveland, Colorado, Denise created and implemented a state of the art in-home based wraparound program for dual diagnosis patients and their families, a program designed to keep families intact rather than removing children from their home. 0Developing programs that benefit and support the entire family system and assist the patient in creating an emotionally-sober and recovery-centric lifestyle is Denise’s ongoing passion. Her ongoing faith that people and family systems can grow and change, and a strong belief in solution-focused and strength-based modalities, lie at the heart of her ongoing dedication and vision for Milestones Ranch Malibu.
