ABOUT DR. JEFFREY BROWN
Dr. Jeff Brown is a psychologist and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. He’s the author of several books including the newest title we’ll be discussing today called Say Goodbye to Stress, as well as the popular international seller, The Winner’s Brain. Dr. Brown walks alongside clients who want to manage inconvenient psychological symptoms, and also teaches individuals how to apply research-based strategies to fine tune their brains and optimize life in a meaningful, rich way. A fun factoid about Dr. Brown is that he was the first-ever psychologist on the Boston Marathon medical team and remains at that same post over a decade later.
