Shine Brighter Every Day is a beautiful, full-colour book packed full of unique insights into how to live well by making the right choices with food, lifestyle and well-being.

In Shine Brighter Every Day, Danah introduces readers to a new perspective on food and lifestyle that helps them understand why they are attracted to certain foods or ways of life. It shows them how non-physical nourishment is more powerful and important than physical food. Readers are given a chance to reconstruct new relationships with what they eat, where their search and need for certain foods will naturally change and evolve into better choices over time.

While many nutritionists bombard readers with lists about what to eat and what not to eat, Danah guides you back to basics. The book is structured into 14 chapters, each one aimed at increasing your understanding of a specific aspect of health and wellbeing.

As a whole, the book will allow you to recognize and plug the holes in your own knowledge and become your own boss and food doctor, ultimately equipping you with tools to fix your relationship with food and live a healthier and happier life.

It’s about improving your quality of life, preventing disease, and manifesting the best version of yourself. It unlocks a lifestyle, a way of thinking – a state of being – that is in tune with your body, inspired by the unwritten laws of nature, cutting-edge modern nutrition science and the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine.
